香港許願節2017活動 Hong Kong Well-wishing Festival 2017 Activities Summary
香港許願節為一項最具本土特色的中國傳統節慶活動,每年均吸引數以十萬計本港市民及世界各地旅客蒞臨大埔林村,感受農曆新年熱鬧氣氛。旅客可以跟香港市民一起在許願樹前拋寶牒許願,或燃點蓮花燈祈福,盡情體驗這個極具本土特色的新春活動。
Hong Kong Well-wishing Festival is the most local characteristic.Chinese New Year celebration activity which attracts hundreds of thousands local citizens and tourists from all over the world toLam Tsuen every year. You can experience the traditional Chinese New Year celebrations by throwing wishing placardsonto the wishing tree and set wishing lanterns to make wishes.

新春花車展覽《2017年1月29日至2017年2月12日)
參與大年初一晚新春花車巡遊之花車,將雲集林村許願廣場作公開展覽,市民和旅客都可近距離欣賞這些佈置得美侖美奐的花車。
CNY FLOAT EXHIBITION (29 JAN-12 FEB 2017)

參與大年初一晚新春花車巡遊之花車,將雲集林村許願廣場作公開展覽,市民和旅客都可近距離欣賞這些佈置得美侖美奐的花車。

香港民間各款特色小食以及多款傳統的客家食品,都可以在美食嘉年華裡品嚐一番。

萬家點燈賀添丁
原居民於新春期間都有點燈寓意添丁之習俗,大會安排家中有新成員出生的香港市民及旅客參加點燈儀式,體驗新界傳統點燈活動。
LANTERN LIGHTING TO CELEBRATE NEW BORN BABIES
Families are invited to celbrate their new born babies bylighting lanterns in Lam Tsuen.
林村傳統拋寶牒
按傳統習俗,市民把願望寫在寶牒上面,然後將寶牒?上桔子,誠心許願後再將寶牒拋上許願樹之樹幹。傳?若寶牒沒有從樹上掉下來,即代表其願望可成真。
LAM TSUEN TRADITIONAL JOSS PAPER THROWING
According to the traditional custom, one can write his/herwishes on the placard and tie it to a tangerine. After making a sincere wish, he/she will throwthe placard onto the wishing tree. It is believed that the wishes will come trueif the placard is successfully hung on the branch withoutfalling down.
祈福蓮花燈
流放許願燈是另一項傳統祈福活動。市民將許願燈放在許願池裡隨水運轉,祈求來年事事如意
WISHING LANTERNS LIGHTING CEREMONY
One of the worshiping activities in Lam Tsuen is to set the wishing lanterns.Based on traditional custom,people write their wishes on the wishing lanterns and then put them into the wishing pool oping for best forunein the forth-coming years.

萬家點燈賀添丁
原居民於新春期間都有點燈寓意添丁之習俗,大會安排家中有新成員出生的香港市民及旅客參加點燈儀式,體驗新界傳統點燈活動。

LOVE LOCKS
To symbolize a love commitment towards eachother,lovers writetheirnames on padlocks and affix them on the fences or bridges in Europe, Japan,Korea and many other countries. Lam Tsuen WishingSquare especially presents the wooden love locks where you can writelove messages to your lovers,relatives and friends.

香港許願節壓軸節目r群星許願慶元宵」，大會於當晚(2月12日》特設傳統圍村盤菜及邀請多位歌手唱歌助興 讓各人在欣賞精彩表演之同時也可品嘗到傳統的鄉村美食 。

You can experience the traditional delicious cuisine(Poon Choi) while enjoying he wonderful performances of the Hong Kong artists in the evening of the Lantern Festival (12 February).

DREAMS COME TRUE
Participants to share their dreams throught a 15 second videoor in less than 50 words. Ten participants' dreams will come true.

參加者發送參賽作品予主辦機構,作品將有機會展示於活動官方Facebook上供大眾投票。
PHOTOS COMPETITION
Participants to send their photos to the offical Facebook for the publicto vote.

Come and join the Chinese New Year Carnival in Lam Tsuen!There are a lot of activities which are designed for people of allages. You can see a giant inflatable castel hill,flowering crystal ball and local handcraft market.See you there.
